You, as a health professional, are at the forefront in helping our country heal its obesity dilemma. I thank you for your commitment in learning skills to help people in their activities of daily living and quality of life. By approaching this as a whole experience, we have a greater chance of leading people to wellness by creating a positive experience with movement.
As a graduate of the CHRIS ® Technique, I strongly urge you to explore this training not only yourself but your clients and patients. The training will help you prevent burnout and provide an understanding for clients on how to successfully recognize and live peacefully within their personal union – the blend of their physical body with their energy body.
